ALL NEW PMCHEK REPORT WRITER!
New in PMCHEK 2.0 is the
ability to add your most often used reports to your dashboard. Now, all you need to do is populate your
list of reports, login, and click on the name of the report and it will run
automatically. After running, you can
customize the report according to your preferences!
Reports that are
formatted in HTML have several options for customizing. With HTML reports you can customize of each
of the columns by clicking on the Column Name. The Customize Report Column page will populate for the selected column. Options able to be modified are displayed in gray or with a drop down menu. Options not modifiable will appear in red. Options for customization are based on the type of data displayed in that column.
You can change the
options available in each area including Column Naming, Sorting and
Filtering; Data Formatting including Alignment, Decimals, Footer, Text
Color, Text Style, Match Operator, and Match Value options. The Formatting Help section gives details
on how to change colors and do custom matching.
On the bottom center
of the screen you will see an icon that is a circle with arrows in opposite
directions, this is the option to Change Report Column Order. Use the arrows to move a report up or down
in the list.
